ABOUT ABOUT

"Wasted Youth" An original performance written by Claire Nolan

Saturday, September 21st at 3:30pm

Sunday, September 22nd at 3pm

The Loft at Foothills Performing Arts & Civic Center / 24 Market Street, Oneonta

This play contains highly graphic content depicting drug addiction, violence, domestic disputes, and death which may be triggering for those in recovery and at risk of relapsing.

is a short experimental play exhibiting the dangers of fentanyl and addiction in our area. It relies on a form similar to sketch comedy or like a murder mystery dinner theatre. This ensemble-led black comedy aims to raise awareness and involve everyone into a reality so many people are mindless of.

At times, campy. At others, deeply meaningful. Think “Letterkenny” meets “Beautiful Boy” meets “Trailer Park Boys” meets “Requiem for a Dream.”

A percentage of ticket sales will be donated to local organizations that are fighting the good fight to help those who are stuggling with addiction.
